Balance is not something you find, its something you create. My priority in life is to balance my life with a healthy lifestyle. That in addition to results, creates adherence to an exercise program. It is often cyclical, when you enjoy working out you will do it more often. How long is too long to sacrifice for a goal? It all depends right?
When it comes to education people don’t mind spending years on graduate degrees. Yet a lot of people want to see results with their body in a matter of weeks. To completely change your body, lifestyle and habits I believe it takes at least 6 to 12 months of time. But it is worth. Have you notified these with your fitness goal? One of my top priorities with my readers is helping them working out and the gym.
Let’s move away from what we believe we “should do” towards goals, actions, and practices that inspire us to move more. Not only it creates more joy, but often more results💪.
